Refunds- Full refund minus the office fee before January 13.
- Partial refund (70% of entry fee minus the office fee) after the draw has been posted. - The final drawout deadline is January 15 at 6pm. After this time, no refunds will be issued. - To draw out/request refund: email [email protected]. - Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used when you entered within 5 - 7 business days after the race. |
Additional Rules/Information-Entries will open on Saddlebook.com December 1, 2025 and will close for the pre-draw on January 13, 2026 at 6pm.
- The draw will be posted January 14th. - Entries will reopen on Janauary 14th at 8am. -80% payback for open classes. - Dress code required for Saturday's events. This includes jeans, long sleeved shirts, and cowboy hats/helmets. - Enter online at Saddlebook.com until the last 25 runners. - All dogs must be on a leash. - Exhibtions are $5 pay at the gate. - A W9 must be submitted before we issue winnings. Please email the form to [email protected]. - Open 4D barrels will follow the KKRFV barrel racing rules (see the rule page on website). - Open poles will follow the KKRFV pole bending rules (see the rule page on the website). With the exception that the open pole bending will be a 3D with 1 second splits. - No late fees. - |
